Celine Dion A New Day Has Come:

A New Day Has Come is a pop song recorded by Canadian singer Celine Dion, for her 2002 sixth English-language album of the same name.

Aldo Nova and Stephan Moccio wrote the song, whereas Walter Afanasieff and Nova did the production.

On March 11, 2002, Columbia Records released the track as the album’s lead single. The initial version was a slow piano-driven ballad.

However, a midtempo radio remix, which was co-produced by Christian B & Marc Dold along with Ric Wake converted the song into a pop nature.

The song was successful in the US, reaching Number 22 on the Billboard Hot 100 and topping the Adult Contemporary chart.

It reached Number 7 in the UK and Number 1 in Poland and also Canada.

The song won an ASCAP Pop Award and BMI Pop Award for Most Performed Song, as well as three SOCAN Awards. It has also been certified gold in various countries.

Tidbit: In an interview, Dion revealed that the song represents the birth of her child.
