Confessions is the fourth studio album by American singer Usher. It was released on March 23, 2004, by Arista Records.

The album’s production was handled by Jermaine Dupri, Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis, Andre Harris, Destro Music, Vidal Davis and Lil Jon, among others. Its themes generated controversy about Usher’s personal relationships; however, producer Jermaine Dupri claimed the album reflects his own personal story.

The album sold 1.1 million copies in its first week in the US and earned Usher several awards, including the Grammy Award for Best Contemporary R&B Album. It has also been certified Diamond by the RIAA.
